Harbour Air packages leaving Viator

Five Harbour Air day trips on Viator now carry a "Last chance to buy!" banner. The flights themselves are not going anywhere. Here is what is changing and how to rebuild each trip.

Harbour Air sells two kinds of product on Viator: plain flights and tours, and bundled day trips that add a bus, a ferry, a whale-watching boat or an attraction ticket. The bundles are the ones going. Each of the five listings below shows the same notice: "Last chance to buy! This tour package is being discontinued on this platform after October 11th."

The single flights stay on Viator, and the day trips stay on sale directly with Harbour Air. Here is the list, and how to get the same day out after the 11th.

The quick answer

After 11 October 2026, Viator stops selling five Harbour Air packages: Victoria with Butchart Gardens, seaplane plus Capilano Suspension Bridge, Victoria by seaplane and ferry, Victoria with whale watching, and the Whistler day trip. Harbour Air still sells all five directly. On Viator, the closest swaps are Seair's seaplane and Capilano tour, the one-way flight to Victoria, and next summer's one-way flight to Whistler.

Which Harbour Air packages are being discontinued on Viator?

Five bundled day trips, all from downtown Vancouver: three to Victoria, one with Capilano Suspension Bridge and one to Whistler.

The table shows each package as it was last listed on Viator, with its USD from-price and rating. Together they hold more than 1,000 reviews, so these were not niche products. The notice says "discontinued on this platform": the change is about where you can buy them, not whether Harbour Air runs the trips.

Can you still book these trips directly with Harbour Air?

Yes. Harbour Air's own site sells all five, in Canadian dollars, some only in season.

Harbour Air's Vancouver tours page lists the matching packages with their direct fares and seasons. Two are already out of season for 2026: the Victoria and Butchart Gardens day ends on 4 October, and the Whistler day trip runs May to September.

What should you book on Viator instead?

Seair's seaplane and Capilano tour replaces the Capilano package; the one-way flights to Victoria and Whistler are the base for the rest.

Capilano: Seair's seaplane and Capilano Suspension Bridge tour is the like-for-like swap: a 20-minute flight, park admission and the shuttle from Canada Place, from $204. It is new and has one review so far. Victoria: the one-way flight to Victoria (about 35 minutes, from $356) stays on sale. Add your own way back and your own Butchart or whale-watching ticket. Whistler: the one-way flight to Whistler returns for summer 2027, with the shuttle into the village included.

How do you rebuild a Victoria day trip without the package?

Fly over one way, come back on BC Ferries, and book the attraction yourself. Or buy Harbour Air's Fly 'n' Drive direct.

Harbour Air's own Fly 'n' Drive sample day shows the shape: check in downtown at 8:50 a.m., land in Victoria by about 10:15, board the BC Ferries Connector coach at 3:45 p.m. for the 5:00 p.m. sailing from Swartz Bay, back in downtown Vancouver at 7:40 p.m. The ferry crossing alone takes about 1 hour 35 minutes. Doing it yourself, you can stay later or fly home instead.

Seair also sells Victoria day trips from Vancouver Harbour on its tours page, including a Butchart Gardens experience, a whale-watching day and a Fly n' Ferry. Our Vancouver to Victoria by seaplane guide compares the flight with the ferry on time, bags and cost.

Downtown to downtown in about 35 minutes: the Victoria flight stays bookable on Viator.

What about the Whistler seaplane day trip?

Wait for May 2027. The route only runs in summer, and on Viator the one-way flight is the option that remains.

The withdrawn day trip paired two flights with a shuttle into Whistler Village. From mid May 2027 you can rebuild it with the one-way Viator flight, which includes the shuttle, plus a return by road or a separate Harbour Air flight. In Whistler, the glacier flight leaves from the same Green Lake terminal, May to September. Our Whistler by seaplane guide covers bags and timings.

Frequently asked questions

Is Harbour Air stopping its Victoria day trips?

No. The packages leave Viator after 11 October 2026, but Harbour Air still lists them on its own site, some only in season.

I already booked one of these packages on Viator. Is it cancelled?

The notice is about sales, not existing trips: it says the package is being discontinued "on this platform". Your confirmation and Viator's booking page show the status of your own booking.

What is the closest replacement on Viator for the Capilano package?

Seair's seaplane and Capilano Suspension Bridge tour: a 20-minute flight, park admission and transport between Canada Place and the park, from $204.

Can I still fly to Victoria by seaplane through Viator?

Yes. Harbour Air's one-way flight from Coal Harbour to Victoria's Inner Harbour stays on Viator, from $356, about 35 minutes in the air.
