What is the difference between Harbour Air's Promo, Tour and Ultimate fares?
Promo is the cheapest and cannot be changed or cancelled. Scenic Tour allows changes more than 24 hours out. Scenic Ultimate adds priority boarding and a free drink.

- Scenic Tour Promo: "our most economical option, with no changes or cancellations permitted."
- Scenic Tour: changes or cancellations allowed more than 24 hours before departure.
- Scenic Ultimate: priority boarding, a complimentary drink before departure, and the same change rule.

What is the VIP option on Viator compared with the Ultimate fare?
On Viator, the VIP option of the classic tour adds extended flight time and a complimentary drink. Harbour Air's direct Ultimate fare adds priority boarding and a drink.
The Viator itinerary for the classic panorama says: "Upgrade to a VIP experience for an extended flight time and a complimentary beverage before or after flight." The VIP departures appear as separate options when you pick a time, labelled VIP Signature Experience. One September 2026 guest wrote that buying VIP tickets meant they could sit by the window.
How much is FlyOver Canada in 2026?
C$39 at the gate or C$31 online for a single experience, according to Flyover; on Viator it is $22 in USD.
Flyover's own site lists a single experience at C$39 at the gate and C$31 in advance online, and a double feature at C$46.50 online. It is a simulated flight ride at Canada Place, not a plane, and the cheapest thing on this site: FlyOver Canada from $22 on Viator. Riders must be at least 40 inches (102 cm) tall.
