This package starts with Seair's City Skyline flight: 20 minutes over Stanley Park, English Bay, the Lions Gate Bridge and the North Shore Mountains, with GPS audio commentary. After landing you walk a short way to the shuttle at Canada Place, which takes you to Capilano Suspension Bridge Park in North Vancouver.

At the park you have about two hours on the Viator itinerary, and the admission is in the price. Seair's own page for the tour describes the 137-metre bridge hanging 70 metres above the Capilano River, plus the Treetops Adventure and Cliffwalk walkways through the Douglas firs. The shuttle brings you back to Canada Place, and the day runs 3 to 5 hours in all.
